  1. Reminder September webinars implemented by the Administrative law sub working group:

The EJTN Administrative Law Portfolio foresees the implementation of two distinct webinars in September 2021 on two relevant topics for Administrative Judges:

Migration Law and Civil Liability of Public Authorities under European Law.

EJTN NCPs are called to disseminate the following information:

  • 45 minutes presentation
  • 30 minutes for questions and answers
  • 1 hour case study analysis

The goal of this webinar on Migration Law is to provide participants with knowledge and insight on the  Long-Term Residence Directive (2003/109).

Due to the analysis of a case study foreseen in the programme of this event, the selection of candidates is made by EJTN members and candidates are uploaded by the NCPs on the EJTN Online System for Participants (OSP) by  the 3rd of September.

The expert involved in the project is Mr Diego Acosta , Professor at the University of Bristol – UK, who collaborated with the Secretariat to structure the format of the event.
