Content outline : Τhe webinar will handle the topical issue of the restrictions to the right of access to justice under the pandemic time. It will then touch upon the most usual initiatives to tackle the
above restrictions, mainly through the use of the technology. Special attention will be given to the extent of the use of the technology in the judicial systems and the advocacy of the fundamental
right of access to justice in the framework of this use.
