The Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs offers a number of scholarships to professionals from your national administrations to enrol in and follow EIPA’s Master of European Legal Studies (MELS).
The master is a 2-year programme, delivered fully online, with teaching sessions once per month (Thursday and Friday afternoons, and all-day Saturday). It is designed for professionals and does not require a legal background. The programme is taught in English and French, so a good knowledge of both languages is required. Although the programme is online, the scholarships cover the cost of participating in 2–3 in-person events in Luxembourg per academic year.
