(Demo)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It is a pleasure to announce that the NHC is now accepting applications for the <strong>\u2018Human Rights and Minorities\u2019 <\/strong>Matra Rule of Law training.<\/p>\n<p>Human Rights and Minorities takes place in an online learning environment from <strong>26 September \u2013 28 October 2022<\/strong>, and the <strong>deadline<\/strong> to submit an application is <strong>Sunday 11 September 2022 \u2013 23:59 CET<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The training aims to provide participants with an overview of mechanisms and policies that can be employed to implement internationally agreed human rights standards, and how these can be set in motion and made successful. The focus will be on practical implementation; government interaction with civil society will also be covered. Presentations on the Dutch approach in dealing with these standards will encourage the participants to reflect on the situation in their own country, to identify areas for reform and nurture exchange on practices in each other\u2019s countries.
