        We kindly inform you that EASO is organising a pilot online activity\u00a0–\u00a0the\u00a0\u201cEASO Expert Panels\u201d\u00a0\u2013 A webinar series\u00a0for judicial professionals<\/strong>. This new format is to allow\u00a0members of courts and tribunals to deepen their knowledge on specific areas of the CEAS,\u00a0covered by the Professional\u00a0Development Series and exchange views, interpretations, recent national case law,\u00a0best practices on challenging topics and recent developments in the case law of the\u00a0CJEU and ECtHR\u00a0with a panel\u00a0of experts\u00a0involving a wide range of judicial professionals and experts.<\/p>\n

        In line with the\u00a0topics proposed by the Network, the pilot session, to be held online\u00a0on\u00a0Friday 18 June 2021, 9:30-11:30 CET<\/strong>,\u00a0shall focus on the following topic:\u00a0Balancing mutual trust and fundamental rights in inadmissibility\u00a0cases: An increasing challenge for international protection judges?<\/u><\/em>\u00a0As such, the\u00a0session is intended to\u00a0focus on the ground for inadmissibility of IP applications under Article 33(2) Asylum Procedures Directive (2013\/32\/EU).<\/p>\n
